Overview
Cylindrical gear reducer is an external meshing gear transmission device with parallel shaft structure. Mainly has the following characteristics:
● Gears are made of high-strength low carbon alloy steel by carburising and quenching, the hardness of the tooth surface reaches HRC58~62, the gears are all made by grinding process, high precision and good contact;
● High transmission efficiency: single-stage up to 96.5%, double-stage up to 93%, three-stage more than 90%;
● Smooth running, low noise;
● Small size, light weight, long service life, high load capacity;
● Easy to dismantle and inspect, easy to install.
Scope of application
This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transport, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other fields.
The following conditions are applicable to this series of speed reducer, if you do not meet the following conditions, please ask for technical advice.
● High-speed shaft speed of not more than 1500 rpm.
● Gear drive circumferential speed is not greater than 20 m/s;; and
● Working ambient temperature is -40~+45℃, when the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be heated before starting (another distribution heater).
● It can be operated in both directions (only unidirectional operation is allowed when the backstop is equipped).
