Overview

This product is a special gear transmission device designed for plastic and rubber single-screw extruder equipment. The gear parts are made of high-strength alloy steel, and the gears are processed by carburising, quenching and high-precision gear grinding, with gear precision grade 6 (GB10095) and tooth surface hardness HRC58~62. The hollow output shaft is equipped with a large-size thrust bearing at the front end to withstand the axial thrust generated by the screw when it is working. The whole machine has the advantages of compact design, high bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
